(1) Any government office may purchase bonds with the permission of the Government of Nepal. The bonds purchased in this way will be in the name of that office.

(2) Organized organizations established in accordance with prevailing laws may purchase bonds. The bonds purchased in this way will be in the name of that organization.

(3) If any group that is not registered according to the law wants to purchase a bond, the members of that group must take the approval of the bank and register their mutual terms with the bank and purchase bonds in the form of stocks in the name of one person. can do If the mutual condition has been registered in that way, regardless of what is written in other sections of this Act, the bank will take action according to the same condition.
